The content on this Website is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not access or use this Website.
2. Relationship with the Studio Booking Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this Website only and do not, by themselves, constitute a booking or reservation of the Studio. Any booking, session, or use of Hot Bun Studios’ physical premises and equipment is governed by a separate Studio Booking Agreement, which will be shared with you and must be accepted (electronically or otherwise) at the time of booking in accordance with its terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Studio Booking Agreement in relation to a booking or Session, the Studio Booking Agreement shall prevail.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view, and where expressly made available for download (such as rate cards or brochures), to download a single copy of the materials on this Website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license and not a transfer of title.
Under this license you may not (a) modify or copy the materials except as provided above; (b) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; (c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on this Website; (d) use the materials for any commercial purpose other than starting or culminating a direct business transaction with Hot Bun Studios, or for any public display; or (e) transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of, or licenses, the Studio IP (as defined in the Studio Booking Agreement) to any User.
5. User-Generated Content and Testimonials
This Website may display testimonials, reviews, photographs, names, and other content relating to clients and studio visitors (“Testimonials”), which are published only where we have obtainedthe consent of the relevant individual. If you have provided a Testimonial and wish to have it amended or removed, you may contact us at hotbunstudios@gmail.com. Any content, feedback, or query you submit to us through the Website’s contact form or otherwise will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and by submitting such content you confirm that it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may affect your device on account of your use of this Website or any material downloaded from it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, in no event shall Hot Bun Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this Website, even where we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Liability arising out of your use of the Studio premises and equipment during a Session is separately and exclusively governed by the Studio Booking Agreement, and not by this Clause.
9. Indemnification
You are personally responsible for your conduct on this Website. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hot Bun Studios, its affiliated companies, business partners, licensors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use this Website or its content, any Testimonial or content submitted by you, or any violation by you of these Terms. This Clause is in addition to, and does not limit, any indemnity given by you under the Studio Booking Agreement.
10. Revisions, Errata and Pricing
The materials on this Website, including pricing, may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors, and Hot Bun Studios does not warrant that any materials on this Website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials on this Website, including our pricing plans, at any time without notice, and do not commit to updating the materials. Any pricing quoted to you directly (via WhatsApp, email, or otherwise) in connection with an actual booking shall prevail over any indicative pricing shown on this Website.
11. Links and Third-Party Platforms
This Website contains links to, and integrations with, third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Instagram, which we use to facilitate bookings, provide directions, and display our social media presence.
